Schedule a Meeting with Someone Outside Melp

Yes — you can invite anyone to your meeting, even if they don’t have a Melp account. Just follow these simple steps:

Step-by-Step

  • Go to Calendar or Dashboard and click the “Create Meeting” button

What Happens Next for Non-Melp Invitees

  • They’ll receive an email invitation with a Join Meeting link
  • On clicking the link, they’ll be prompted to enter their name and email address
  • A join request is sent to the meeting organizer (you) for approval

If Approved by the Organizer

  • The user is allowed into the meeting
  • They can participate just like other attendees: Video, Voice and in-call Chat and other in call features.

If Declined

  • The user will be denied entry
  • They will see a message saying their request was not approved

Tip: Even though non-Melp users can join meetings without creating an account, we recommend signing up for a smoother experience and full feature access.
