How to schedule a meeting with non-melper

You can easily schedule a meeting with people who don't have a Melp account by following these steps:

  • Click on the Create Meeting button from the calendar/dashboard option.


  • Enter the meeting details such as the meeting title, description, time slots, duration, reminder, and recurrence type as needed. If you have any attachments to share, upload them in the designated section.


  • In the Add Invitees section, fill the email address of the non-Melp user.


  • Click on the CREATE to schedule the meeting with the non-Melp user.


NOTE: The non-Melp user will receive an email invitation with all the necessary details to join the meeting. They can join the conference without having a Melp account just by clicking on the invitation link received in their email.

However, it is recommended that they should create a Melp account for a better video or audio experience and to use all the features of the platform.
